Senior Management Roster – Palestine Program
Mit Medecins du Monde arbeiten
MEDECINS DU MONDE SUISSE (MdM-CH)
Founded in 1993, MdM-CH is part of the Médecins du Monde international network, providing sustainable access to healthcare for vulnerable populations worldwide. Our mission combines direct care, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), protection, and advocacy, ensuring the right to health is realized without social, financial, cultural, or geographic barriers.
CONTEXT OF THE MISSION
MdM-CH has been active in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) for 30 years, focusing on improving psychosocial well-being, particularly for youth and young adults affected by trauma. Since October 2023, conflict in Gaza and rising tensions in the West Bank have dramatically increased humanitarian needs. Despite access restrictions and volatile security conditions, MdM-CH has scaled up medical, MHPSS, protection, and emergency response operations.
MdM-CH is now establishing a Senior Management Pool to ensure rapid deployment of highly skilled leaders to support field teams and operational continuity in this complex environment.
