Whether you want to help during a humanitarian emergency or support a cause that reflects your organization’s values, you can encourage your employees to participate in giving to Médecins du Monde Switzerland. These one-time or regular initiatives build cohesion among your teams while raising awareness about the challenges of improving access to rights and healthcare. Getting your employees involved is an excellent way to reinforce your corporate values and bring your teams together around a shared cause. Develop skills-based sponsorships and pro bono support
Join forces with Médecins du Monde and give your employees a chance to do some good. Two options are available:
- Provide us with a specific service.
- Assign one or more of your employees to work at our organization, from a few hours to a few weeks, or a few years.
Encourage your employees to use a charitable search engine
We all use search engines every day on our computers and phones. By using a charitable search engine at work, you can support Médecins du Monde’s actions.
This is how it works:
- Set your charitable search engine as the default search engine on your device and run your web searches as usual.
- With every search, you’ll accumulate points that can be given to Médecins du Monde as a donation.
Some search engines like Lilo choose to donate part of the revenue they generate from sponsored links to associations.
WITH LILO
Lilo is a French charitable search engine that provides funding at no cost to charity projects while protecting your personal data. On Lilo, every search adds a “Lilo water drop” to your account. You can then allocate your drops to Médecins du Monde Switzerland. They’ll be converted into a donation that Lilo gives to our association.
Organize an employee fundraising campaign
You can hold an employee fundraising campaign during an event or the end-of-year holiday period. Donations are tax-deductible. For more information on tax-deductible donations, consult our web page on tax deductions.
Organize a fundraising campaign at your workplace
If you’d like to set up a fundraising campaign at your workplace to benefit Médecins du Monde Switzerland, we recommend using a QR code. This lets your employees make donations quickly and easily.
Organize an online fundraising campaign
Whether through your internal communications or in response to a humanitarian emergency, you can also get your employees involved via a digital fundraising campaign. Médecins du Monde Switzerland will create an online donation form tailored to your campaign.
Payroll giving
Payroll giving is an easy and efficient way to make monthly giving effortless for your employees. They can choose to round down their salary or add a few euros to benefit Médecins du Monde. While each individual donation may be small, these contributions add up to significant support. Every little bit helps!
