In the face of growing global challenges such as gender inequality, migratory tensions, climate change, protracted crises and conflicts, and social exclusion, we reaffirm our commitment to social justice and the right to healthcare. Our expertise covers various fields: sexual and reproductive health and rights, violence prevention and care for victims, child health and development, and mental health and psychosocial support.

We have established a policy to prevent and penalize exploitation, harassment and sexual abuse, psychological harassment, and abuse of power. This policy is a cornerstone of our organization’s commitment to quality in its activities in Switzerland and abroad.
We are committed to protecting vulnerable children and adults against all forms of danger, abuse, and exploitation. We have established procedures and practices to protect all vulnerable children and adults who come into contact with our organization. All persons who represent Médecins du Monde in any capacity carry out these procedures as needed.
FRAUD AND CORRUPTION PREVENTION
All those who work with us must behave in a way that reflects Médecins du Monde’s commitment to comply with all rules to prevent fraud and corruption and avoid any risk of conflict of interest. Anyone who engages in any corrupt activity or behavior that goes against our fraud and corruption prevention policy will be subject to disciplinary measures.
COTER POLICY: ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND COMBATING THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM
With its COTER policy, MdM recognizes the need to adopt a clear stance in its international programs for all dealings between MdM and actors who may be involved in terrorist or money laundering activities. This policy sets out the guidelines for prevention, reporting, and case management in keeping with the association’s statutes and its Code of Professional Conduct. It also communicates MdM’s positions on its efforts to combat the financing of terrorism and money laundering.
